Rise of a New Sanctuary - on Wed, 26 May 2010



A new community website for real-time strategy gamers has been launched today. It sees the merge of previously separate websites AgeSanctuary (i.e. supporting Age of Empires 3 and Age of Mythology) and DoWSanctuary (i.e. supporting Dawn of War I & II) to form a new community: RTS-Sanctuary.

As part of the launch of RTS-Sanctuary, we have added support for two new games to our website... Age of Kings: The Conquerors and Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty. Every game we support has an automated replays uploader and a dedicated downloads system. This makes RTS-Sanctuary an ideal place to share user-created content with your friends, as well as discuss the latest strategies and developments in our forums.

The merger of AgeSanctuary and DoWSanctuary sees our user base swell to over 90,000 members. We have well over 100,000 game replays in our database, and we expect this number to rise as we welcome new members to our community.

If you were already a member of either of our websites before the merge, your account has been carried forward to RTS-Sanctuary. We welcome any returning members to our community. Virus - on Wed, 10 Mar 2010

We have been having some issues with viruses, if you receive an email from someone other than Morf_uk, Braidon, Stefan or myself , claiming to be LoSt administrator, then please delete the message and do not click the link as it will probably eat your face

I'll do what I can to get rid of the virus and all the spam bots on these boards, very annoying huh

AgeSanctuary Fan Patch 1.2 - on Wed, 10 Mar 2010



After months of hard work TAD Fan Patch 1.2 has just been released. This patch includes new features, improved balance, and plenty of bug fixes. Thanks go to the volunteer team who gave their time to test and put together the patch.

You can download the patch here (may require you to log into AgeSanctuary). To view the patch notes and request any assistance that you may require with installing the patch, visit the fan patch topic on AgeSanctuary.

Don't forget that [hope] clan are hosting a $1,500 tournament to celebrate the launch of FP 1.2. That tournament will be under way very soon. For more information on that tournament check out hope's website in the days ahead.

Introducing [hope] Clan's AOE3 World Series! - on Fri, 08 Jan 2010



We're at it again folks; and this time we are proud to present to you [hope] Clan's AOE3 World Series! This is going to be a somewhat special tournament, and is a celebration of the AOE3 community who have stuck by and continue to enjoy the game. With this in mind, the organisers have worked hard to create a tournament which is sure to be thoroughly enjoyable for all the players involved; and with a prize pool of $1,500, it will no doubt be rewarding too! The tournament will feature new ideas, from region-based group leagues for efficient early round scheduling; to 2 independant final 32-player knockout tournaments, both of which will include the ever-popular loser brackets employed in the successful Last Man Standing tournament.

Further good news follows, as we are closely working with our contributors and donators to plan another series of tournaments to follow [hope] Clan's AOE3 World Series. In fact, we are in the early development stage of another 3 tournaments this year, all of which will include the same high level of generous prizes up for grabs. 2010 is certainly looking bright for AOE3!

Signups, with tournament rules and regulations, will follow the release of TAD Fan Patch 1.2. Stay sharp!
